College Towers

College Towers is a community of Studios, 1-bedrooms, and 2-bedrooms. It is located right next to Kent State University at 1800 & 1840 Rhodes Rd, and within walking distance to classes and the Campus Loop bus line. On-site facilities really make College Towers a convenient place to live. We have two laundry facilities in each building, with six washers and six dryers in each. The laundry machines are Smart-card operated, so saving up quarters for laundry is a thing of the past. We also offer a fitness center, which includes 2 treadmills, an elliptical machine, 2 multipurpose weight lifting machines, and free weights. Another amenity is our indoor heated pool, which is open all year long. It has an outdoor patio that is furnished with lounge chairs, so summer tanning is only a few steps away! We also have a 24-hour computer lab/study lounge equipped with Spectrum high speed Road Runner internet. Along with these amenities, we also offer a Community Lounge with comfy couches, a big-screen TV, and a brand new pool table! Plus, we have a state-of-the-art movie theater for you to invite all of your friends over for movie night! College Towers also has 24-hour maintenance available and an on-site after hours courtesy officer.
